Who We Are

Family Hope Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness achieve stability, independence, and hope. We provide compassionate, coordinated, and culturally responsive services that support people through some of life's most challenging circumstances.

Our organization serves a diverse population, including veterans, survivors of domestic violence, youth and young adults ages 18–24, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and those impacted by mental health and substance use challenges. Through advocacy, case management, housing support, resource navigation, and community partnerships, we work to connect individuals with the tools and opportunities they need to build a brighter future.

Our Mission

We are committed to helping veterans, survivors of domestic violence, young adults, and individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges overcome barriers and achieve lasting stability. Through compassionate support, advocacy, and community partnerships, we work to create pathways toward safe housing, self-sufficiency, improved well-being, and a brighter future.

Our Vision

Family Hope Foundation Inc. envisions a future where every individual and family has access to safe and stable housing, quality mental health and wellness services, and the support needed to achieve lasting independence.

We strive to build stronger, healthier communities where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring; where individuals are empowered to overcome barriers; and where every person is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Through advocacy, collaboration, and innovative support services, we aim to create opportunities that foster hope, self-sufficiency, and a better quality of life for generations to come.
